Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You have 15 days from the date you make your purchase for any exchange or return.
  • Any product can be returned if it has its original labels and/or packaging. The items must be in the same condition in which they were received. They must show no signs of use, washing or damage by the customer
  • If when making an exchange you choose an item of a different price, you will be refunded or charged the difference as appropriate.
  • There are no returns on promotional or discounted products.
  • Send us an email to info@stkmcompany.com or contact us through our official networks and provide the information requested.
  • If you decide to send the items, we will send you an email to continue the
    process.
  • The customer is responsible for the full shipping costs, both round trip and return of the product.
  • We will generate a change guide if required.
  • All shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the merchandise has a fault of origin.
  • In case of return montería, keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable, only the cost of the products is returned, this includes the promotion of free shipping absorbed by the company STKM COMPANY SA DE CV, since this service was charged by a third party (packaging) and we are not responsible for it.
